Step 1: Wait for your Kit to arrive in 5-7 business days
As soon as you book your services, you will receive an email within 24 hours asking you to complete your new client forms and we will order your DNA and/or Gut kit. The DNA test is a simple mouth swab, and the Gut Kit is a stool sample. You will have a new client questionnaire to complete. This allows me to get to know exactly what you are wanting to get out of your health and the results that matter most to you. I will collect important health information and ask you more detailed questions about your health and weight loss goals. You can expect to receive your kit in about 5-7 business days.
Step 2: Take the test and mail the kit back to the lab!
Simply follow the instructions on the box and mail back to our private certified lab with an included pre-paid envelope! It will take about 30 days to receive your results and this fully comprehensive report is everything you need to get started! While we wait for your results to come back, we’ll get started on any add-ons and Level 3 Momentum Access into “We Are Female-Focused Fitness Membership” if chosen. I'll reach out to you to get this started when the lab gives us an ETA on your reports. You’ll also have an option to print the reports at a small additional cost.
Step 3: Receive the report and dive in!
Once I receive an ETA from the lab, I will reach out and let you know when to expect your digital report and/or schedule your "5-Day Report Review Intensive" if you choose this service. This exclusive opportunity (limited monthly spots) allows us to explore your comprehensive health reports together, ensuring you fully understand your unique genetic and/or gut health insights. During this time, you'll receive personalized guidance tailored to your specific needs, helping you translate your report findings into actionable steps. 1. The client receives the test kit in the mail.
2. The kit includes instructions for personally registering the kit.
3. The client sends the sample (check swab for DNA and stool sample for Gut) to our private lab.
4. Within 30 days, the sample is analyzed and results delivered in a secure email with access to your online portal.

Client confidentiality is not limited to the information I learn about an individual. It also includes the cheek swabs the client sends to the lab. Only the lab's background-checked, authorized, and trained individuals can access the samples. The samples are marked with a unique kit ID and don't include identifying or personal information of the person submitting the sample.
Your personal information is confidential, and the lab destroys your DNA sample after successful analysis. Your analysis results are then securely stored in the distributing company's database.
I only review client reports in a private area and on a private phone line. In no situation should your test results be sent over email. Instead, my clients can continue to access their reports through the secure client portal.

Some clients might wonder if the test misidentified their sample. The risk of this type of error is very low because the technologies are designed only to provide results if the analysis is nearly 100% verifiable. If the results are not over 99% verifiable, then no result is provided for the specific genetic marker or microbiome score.
